Councils are now starting to overrule government on bedroom size, public sympathy is turning towards the victims of the bedroom tax and cases are now starting to be heard and won because of pressure groups across the country.
It is vital that we encourage those yet to appeal to exercise their free and legal right to do so but it is also important we keep up the pressure consistently and constantly.
We encourage everyone to apply for Discretionary Housing Payment and to continue to lobby your councillors to stand up and be counted.
