Following on from the success of the Casa Solidarity Show at the Philharmonic, we're delighted to get behind the 'Viva La Casa' film being produced by local film company, Tabacula, conveniently situated over the road from us.

'Viva La Casa' is part documentary, part footage from the Solidarity concert and tell's the story of the sacked Liverpool Dockers dispute, and how the Casa came into being as a centre for social justice. It's presented by Brian Reade and various other interviews

featuring John Bishop, The Farm, Mark Steel, Ricky Tomlinson and Neil Fitzmaurice.

We're determined to see out our 127 year lease on The Casa, Hope Street, so please get behind this film. Its an insightful, moving and uplifting look into what it is that makes The Casa such a special place.

'Viva La Casa' now available behind the bar cost just £10
